Im A Lush Virgin!

I am a lush virgin I have never bought anything from there before!
After reading so many blogs saying how great Lush is I really want too go and try it out!
Any reccomendations for a first time Lush buyer?

I would love too try some of their bath stuff/face masks & there BIG shampoo!

I got some MAC stuff yesterday
Dollymix, Gingerly & Well dressed & a lipglass in Pink Clash
(but its for christmas really)

Was anyone else shocked by X factor? I really thought that if simon had the chance too get rid of the twins he would! It was obv that Lucie was more talented than those 2 but they are very entertaining!

Would love too have advice on some lush products

Lastly charlys having a great giveaway click here too goo to her blog!

I love catastrophe cosmetic fresh face mask- its full of blue berries, smells lovely and good at claming any redness/irritation because it has calamine in it too. It depends what type of skin you have though and what you want from a mask as they have one to cater all needs.

Comsetic warrior stinks but is good for spots- reducing and calming skin.

Cupcake is full of a natural clay that is pore unblogging so good for blackheads.

And i think brazened honey is supposed to be good for dry skin… not sure though, havent used that one!

Their website is great for reading customer reviews though and the SA in store will help you out if you want a specfic ingrediants/smells for your soaps- eg your more for floral/girly scents or want something refreshing to wake you up in the morning. I love the smell of rockstar but find it doesnt really linger on the skin 🙁 Their skin care line is fab though!

I love lush! But unfortunately we don't have it in my country anymore. 🙁
Some things I used to love:
    Ma Bar bubble bar
    Mmmm…melting marshmallow moments bath melt
    Honey Bee bath ballistic

I'd try, Honey I washed the kids soap, of course.
Why not buy one of the gift set boxes they have around this time of year and just try lots of different products but in small sizes? Then you can always get what you like?
I'd stay clear of porridge soap, because it's VERY harsh on the skin , although it smells good and rockstar soap, because it doesn't lather and just stains your sponge!

Glad to be of help. Just wish they had thought that of me at my interview with them last week and given me a job :'( but nvm, yesss a giftbox sounds a good idea also, forgot about that! Plus Lush love to give samples so if there is something your intrigued about but not sure they will usually give you a trial size.

I used to work for Lush – the products I would most recommend are Baby Face solid cleanser (amazing at removing all traces of makeup and dirt from your skin whilst moisturising at the same time), and Aqua Mirabilis and King of Skin body butters – Aqua is the best exfoliator ever and King of Skin is supremely moisturising. 🙂
